ChemDesign Facilities

ChemDesign Facilities

The ChemDesign facilities are located in Marinette, Wisconsin, 60 miles north of Green Bay, Wisconsin. The chemical toll manufacturing operation is comprised of 11 buildings, which includes five production buildings (manufacturing, solvent recovery, wastewater treatment and drying) as well as maintenance and storage facilities.

The ChemDesign campus comprises 40,000 square feet on 11 acres and provides approximately 70,000 gallons of total reactor capacity. The facility operates on a seven days a week, 24 hours per day basis.
