The facilities and equipment at ChemDesign Products have several capabilities to meet a customer's exact toll processing and chemical project needs. These include:
- Packed Columns: 316 s.s. up to 30+ stages (30" ID); All-Glass Column with structured ceramic packing (200 mm ID)
- Stainless Steel Sieve Tray Columns
- Filter Press
- Filter: Rosenmund
- Basket Centrifuges
Dryers (Atmosphere & Full Vacuum)
- Vacuum tray
- Double cone stainless
- Rotary paddle dryer
- 300 gallon process-all dryer
- Temperatures: -10°C to 285°C
- Pressures: 90 psi for most reactors, several at 150 psi
- 2,000 gallon, 60 psi hydrogenator; 2,000 gallon 350 psi Hast-C
- Vacuum distillation as low as 5mm Hg
- Vacuum drying to specification
