Announcements:Please join ChemDesign Products in welcoming Paul Hilbert as Manager of Building 38 effective January 2009. In his role, Paul is be responsible for the safe and efficient design and manufacture of products in one of the cornerstone production units at the ChemDesign Marinette facility. Paul’s experience includes specialty chemicals manufacture (toll and proprietary), manufacture of pharmaceutical actives, and capital project management. Paul carries a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Tech and is currently active in obtaining an MBA from University of New Haven, Connecticut. He has held various positions as Project Manager/Engineer, Production Engineer, and Project Engineer over his tenure with Bayer, Tetra, Perrigo, and CRB Engineering. Paul’s primary focus will be on creating value for our customers and driving the initiatives of effective and efficient manufacturing, safety, and delivery of high quality products. He brings to the table an additional focus on new product start-ups and engineering development.
