The ChemDesign Web Site works on any platform. The site can
be viewed on Windows, Mac or Unix. </font>
<p> <b>Web Browser</b><br>
The Web Site has been designed to run
optimally on Netscape 4.0 or above for Mac and PC, and Internet
Explorer 4.0 or above for PC, 5.0 or above for Mac. This site employs
frames technology, which splits the browser into separate windows.
<p> For optimal viewing, we recommend that you maximize your viewing
area in either browser if you have a monitor less than 17".
<p> <b>Adobe Acrobat</b><br>
This site uses the Adobe Acrobat Reade plugin. If you don't have
the plugin, you will not be able to view some of the files available
on this site. Please <a href="http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html" target="_blank"><b>download</b></a>
your Acrobat Plug-In now. <br>

<p> <b>Fonts</b><br>
In both Internet Explorer and Netscape, we suggest changing your
Proportional and Fixed Font sizes to 10pt.
<p> <b>Monitor Color</b><br>
This site should be viewed using a minimum of <i>256 color monitor
setting</i>. For optimal viewing, Windows users should use the setting:<i>"High
color (16-bit)"</i> while Mac users should use <i>"thousands of
colors."</i>
<p> <b>Screen Resolution</b><br>
The ChemDesign Web Site should be viewed using 800 x 600 resolution.
<p> <b>Frames</b><br>
If you are using Internet Explorer 4.0 on a Macintosh, go to the
menu item <i>"Edit"</i>, then select <i>"Preferences"</i>. In this
window, select <i>"Web Browser: Web Contents"</i> and make sure
that <i>"Show Frames"</i> is selected.
<p> <b>Javascript</b><br>
If you are using Netscape Navigator 4.0 or above for Mac or PC,
make sure javascript is enabled. If not, go to the menu item <i>"Options"</i>,
then select <i>"Network Preferences..."</i>. In this window, select
<i>"Languages"</i> and then check <i>"Enable Javascript"</i>. <br>
